Roland, 06/06/96-08/15/06

After dealing with juvenile diabetes for 10 years, Roland responded to a new attack, from an adenocarcinoma that tried to block his intestines. We are devastated by this loss, and miss his "closet monster" act - opening the squeaky closet door to let us know he was coming to bed in the dark. You will always live in our hearts, Mr. Beeest!

Mary and Jean-Paul

Denise Potter

Rosie, 02/14/97-07/29/06

Our sweet, sweet Rosie -- we miss you so much.
We hate to think that you suffered.
You went much too fast, we thought we had more time.
Daisy misses you more than anyone and she is very, very sad.
We know you're happy now with Beau again -- and Melissa, TJ, and Munchkin.
Losing you and Munchkin within a week was very hard.
One day we'll all be together again.
Until then love, hugs, and kisses.
Night, night, sleep tight -- no bed buggies bite --see you in the morning!

Love Mom & Dad.

Rusty, 04/23/06

Rusty, I love you and miss you so much. You were such a sweet little guy. You went through so much in the last two years but you fought so hard and never gave up. I was heartbroken when you lost your fight. I hope you're at peace. Goodbye, my little buddy.

Jimmy

Rusty Buster, 05/04/03-04/11/06

Rusty Buster, you are my special little boy. Hold that thought until we meet again. You brought so much joy to me and Pa. You loved everyone. We love you so very much and we miss you. I didn't know anyone could love a pet as much as we do you, Rusty Honey. You mind God and do what he says and don't dart out like that again. Had I known a vehicle had turned in the gate, I would have fastened you before stepping in to get your water bowl. I don't understand how that truck got there that fast when I didn't hear it turn in. I think you thought I had fastened you and the rope was not there to catch you. And Adam probably thought you were fastened. And the two of you collided. We took you to the closest and state of the art hospital, but you passed on in Sue's Blazer. I know how much you loved riding in that Blazer with Sue, Pa, and myself. Oh, we love you so much. I don't understand why you were taken from us in only 30 months. Those were a good 30 months we had with you. You came to live with us at 5 months after Bernie was killed and my mom died the same week. I need to believe that you are one of God's angel dogs sent on special missions to grieving persons who have lost a family member and a pet at the same time. And perhaps God needs you for another mission. You were certainly God's angel dog with us during the last 30 months. The only way you could leave us to do that is to die, I guess, because that is all us humans understand. God couldn't just lift you up to him without some way for us comprehend. The only way you could go help God was to die. So, you might say, you gave your life to help others suffering a severe loss. You be a good boy until we meet again. You help the other dogs, too! O.K. It's time all good dogs was in bed. Good night, Honey, don't let the creek bugs bite.

Your loving human Mommy Cheryl and Daddy Pa.
