Wah-Lei, 09/23/92-11/02/05

Wah-lei,
Mom and Big Sissy hope you know how much we loved you.
You gave us so much joy and happiness that we could never give enough thanks.
You will be in our hearts until the day we see you again at the Rainbow bridge.
Then Mommy, Big Sissy, Boo-Boos, and Sissy Belle will be together forever.
But until that day comes, just know that we love you very very much and you will be with the both of us in our hearts.
Give Sissy Belle kisses.
WE LOVE YOU WAH-LEI BOO-BOO!!!!

Whitney, 04/10/92-04/01/05

Whitney, you brought so much joy and happiness to our lives, I will miss you always. I'm happy because now you know how much you're loved and missed. I will see you again soon. For now, play in that young healthy body and have fun.

Winston, 10/10/05

Dear Sweet Winston,
You lived the last year of your life, when you became my friend, with comfort and dignity, far away from the life you knew on the mean, cold streets.
I fell in love with your sweet face and loving eyes from the first time I saw you.
You touched my soul.

You were diagnosed with kidney disease upon your rescue.
I wanted to take you in and show you what a real life could be like; a warm bed, loving hands, a comforting touch.
I know you felt it because your will to live got stronger every day.

You were only given two weeks, but you beat the odds, if only for a little while.
I had the honor of calling you mine for almost a year.
You gave me more joy than I could have ever hoped for.

Now, it's a life with God for you.
No more needles, no more fluids, no more unending thirst or sickness.
It's heaven all the way for you, my Winnie.
And, you had lots of friends up there waiting for you.
I know my boys were at the gate to greet you, together with your soul mate, Tabby.

Even though I knew your days were limited, it didn't make it any easier to let you go.
But, I promised myself, once the comfort was gone, I would not keep you here to suffer.
I long for your "lip love", your silly meow, and your funny toes stretching out in the morning.
Those memories will be with me forever.
I have no regrets.

Sleep peacefully, Win.
You lived a lifetime in one year.
And, whoever dumped you on the streets has no idea what they missed out on.

Love, your family, Mike, Fran, Jared, Chessi, Diamond, Princess, Billy and Tammy Maristch, Foster Mommy Pam, Godparents Justin and Christine.

Winter's Country Lace aka Laci, 10/09/90-03/17/05

My Laci never met an animal or a person she didn't like.. she was a therapy dog and loved people..She was always there with her gentleness and her beauty... I will miss her always. I loved her so much, and her sister misses her. No dog will ever take her place in my heart. She was a special friend.
